This was my second time eating at Ramen Yushoken because when I first ate here a few years ago, I remember not being impressed by their food. I don’t know if it was just me or my mood at that time but whenever the best-ramen-in-cebu topic comes up during my recent conversations with my friends, Ramen Yushoken is always mentioned.
